This is the second deck we built under a roof in this mobile home park.
Simple but functional for its owner and her dog. Thanks for the referral Dale.
For the past 19 years we have been building decks for Houck Homes, a modular home company in Hamburg, to their specifications. This is a deck we built for them in Orwigsburg.
We built this deck on a modular home. The stair risers are only 5” high at the home owners request.
We are replacing 6 decks in an apartment complex. 4 down and 2 more to go.

This was a little one day job. It’s hard to tell through all the trees but it looks down over a valley. An nice place to relax and watch the passing wild life.
We still have a few finishing touches to do on this deck in Dillsburg. The home owner wants sheet metal on the underside to make it somewhat weather proof. We have hired a local contractor to install a seamless gutter to carry away the runoff.
This one is a little different. We call it “The Playpen”. A place where the home owner can sit out and grill with his dog without having to worry about it running off.
We built this dock for The Bridgeton House on the Delaware River last year. It’s a great place to stay for a quick getaway.
We finished this rebuild today. Replaced the old deck boards with new No. grade decking on an angle and cleaned up the existing vinyl rail.
